Application Process
Create Your Account
Create a secure account using your email address and personal information. This account will let you manage your travel health applications. If you choose not to create an account first, one will be created for you after submission, and you will receive an email to confirm your account and set your password for future sign-ins.
Complete Application
Complete the application by providing your travel details, health information, and any required supporting documents. The system will guide you through each step. Please note that application questions and document requirements may change periodically based on border conditions, public health events, and regional or global developments.
Submit & Review
Submit your application for review once all details have been completed. Our team will check your information and uploaded documents to confirm they meet the current requirements. If anything is missing or needs clarification, you may be asked to provide additional information before approval.
Receive Approval
Once approved, your travel health certificate will be issued online and sent to you by email. Under normal conditions, most applicants are able to view their approval online during processing. However, this may not always be possible in cases involving public health concerns, additional screening, or recent travel to certain countries.
What You'll Need
Valid Passport (or approved CI)
You must provide a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from your travel date. A country-specific approved Certificate of Identity (CI) may also be accepted.
Travel Itinerary
Details of your travel plans, including travel dates and destinations. You will also be asked where you will be staying in the territory. This place-of-stay information may be needed if health authorities need to contact you for contact tracing or other public health follow-up.
Health Information
To respect your privacy, we only ask for health information that is necessary for travel screening and entry requirements. The information requested may change based on global health developments, regional health concerns, or border status, but we do not ask for more than is relevant to your application.
Supporting Documents
Additional supporting documents may be required depending on your destination and travel circumstances. In most cases, only your passport will be required. However, document requirements may change based on border conditions, public health events, recent travel to certain countries, or other applicable entry restrictions.
